You can't get out of bed? You have no motivation? Find one...


Do you find yourself suffering from no motivation? You can't get out of bed in the morning and just don't seem to find a real reason to? This is a problem that many people have. Their life seems to be going no where and they have nothing that sparks that creative urge.

What is the real reason?
If you can't get out of bed in the morning due to some physical problem, lack of sleep or and illness, then I suggest you see your physician. Having a very low level of energy could be a symptom of something serious. Go find out if this is what is going on with you!
Many people can't get out of bed simply because they are so unmotivated. There is nothing to get out of bed for. They are unhappy in their work and they are unhappy in their life. There is no joy in their life and they hate the thought of yet another day. Does this sound like you?

Is there hope?
Yes, there is always hope. You can change your outlook and find the motivation required to give life the zing it needs to have. You are certainly not alone in this! Many people have come to a point in their lives where they just could not take it anymore and changed the way they thought and brought themselves back from the un-living.
There is a price. You have to want it. You have to want to change enough that you are willing to do whatever it takes. Many times the effort needed is greater than the will to do so. That does not necessarily mean that the effort is more than you can muster. It just means that often the spirit is wiling, but the flesh is weak!

What is your motivation?
What would the motivation be in your life for you to be excited about it again? Would it be a different job? Maybe is would be a new hobby. Is it a new relationship? Do you need to go out an buy a dog?
You have to think about it and decide what it is that would make life worth living again. Once you know, you can start taking steps to bring it into your life.
We all have our good days and our bad days and I am certainly not saying that once you decide on what you want, you will leap out of bed each morning. It might happen, but more than likely you will find days when you still don't want to get up. The point is, can you live the rest of your life with the feeling that it is not worth getting out of bed?
