From feeling good to looking good ;)


It's that time of year you're trying to put a kilo or two before the summer sun sun reaches their free time. You are thinking about how I will fit in a bikini last year?  You have a sneaky feeling you might have stood out a bit in the abdomen region. You've been to the gym several times during the cold winter period, but could not get rid of that last bit of bulk to make you fit and attractive to its bed on the beach of choice. What to do ...? First, follow these simple steps for the last few weeks before your holiday as expected. 

Step 1: Drink water instead of sugary drinks and alcohol to save time until you are in the party as expected (if possible). You do not need an average of 180 calories extra contribution. Why take those calories as water has none. Try to keep two 1-litre bottles on hand and finish two of these a day and more if you can handle. You will be amazed at what a high consumption of water can do for your appearance

Step 2: Keep your portion size to a minimum. If you are of a Mediterranean-type family and have many plates full of food before you choose to try to have just any food served on a plate. Do not add additional items to your plate once you have started eating and if the family is too aggressive when it comes to food then do not eat with them, make excuses until the holiday is over and eats alone in his place. If you are not a Mediterranean family then just try to eat a little less than normal. 

Step 3: Take a quick 10-20 minute walk in the morning and if possible at night as well. Leave
 the car at home and more walk to the corner store and back. Maybe you use the bike to go to work for two or three weeks before your holiday. 

Step 4: Let your body be faithful to your mouth and your mouth will be faithful to his stomach. Do you really need that second piece of birthday cake? Do you really need to have seconds? Do you really need to have the chocolate bar and then say to yourself, "I will work out later in the gym." It is better not just fall into temptation and have that perfect beach body ready to be bronzed by the sun's rays beautiful summer.
